Fax Filing Order

We accept faxes as governed by local rules. Every sender (except government agencies) must have an account and use the provided cover sheet and forms.

Only pleadings and documents for existing cases are taken via fax. Paperwork for new cases must be mailed or hand delivered to the Circuit Clerk's office.
