The Greene County Circuit Clerk's office is an equal opportunity employer. Our office
consists of a staff of 72 clerks that handle and process the documents of the court. We
are employees of the State of Missouri.
We adhere to the provisions of federal and state laws regarding nondiscrimination.

Pursuant to the Immigration Reform and Control Act (IRCA) of 1986, new employees are
required to submit documentary proof of their identity and employment authorization.
New employees are also required to complete and sign a Form I-9, Employment Eligibility
Verification, verifying that the employee is authorized to work in the United States.
Each employee is required to meet the minimum education and experience qualifications
for the job class of the assigned position. A copy of the job description for any open
job class can be obtained from our Chief Deputy Clerk. Every person newly employed is
required to successfully complete a minimum six-month probationary period.
